9-23 Bruce Avenue, Killara, NSW
Under construction in the Upper North Shore suburb of Killara, “Killara Grand” is a 59-apartment development, comprising 3 blocks of between 17 and 21 apartments each. All very large apartments with the highest quality finishes and materials, the project is due for completion in February 2010.
I picked up this job prior to Construction with the CC approved. I was involved in preparing Construction Documentation & amending the CC Documentation for Construction. I was also involved in preparing S96 documentation for various alterations to the development. I was then instructed to design the Display Apartment in Chatswood for McGrath Real Estate which was used to sell the development off the plan.

Equinix -Sy2 693 Gardeners Road, Mascot, NSW
Stage 2 is an Internet Exchange Facility located Mascot in Sydney’s south. The building is designed to the strictest standards of security and environmental control and reliability.
Together with the director of DDA i worked through from the initial stages of the design brief to create the concept design. We worked closely with ARUP to develop this highly technical solution into a feasible project. This was then worked through to the DA stages then to CC & Construction.
Equinix -Sy3 693 Gardeners Road, Mascot, NSW
Having completed Stages 2; Stage 3 of this Internet Exchange Facility is currently at the CC Stage and Construction is proposed to be completed in 2010. My envolvment is similar to that of Sy2.

I was involved right from the beginning stages of the master planning & DA submission all the way through to each council submission now into construction stage. Producing documentation for all stages & liaising with the client/ builder & Consultants to make sure the construction runs smoothly.
